On the rare occasion I am able to shop in person, I find myself rocking in place while standing in the check out line.
For those who are able to walk, then walking may result in feeling less toxic than simply standing.
That's an interesting point. But considering how exercise in people with myalgic encephalomyelitis causes havoc there may be a factor that exercise causes more blood to move out of veins exacerbating the problem.
